There are many ways to stop cyclic calls, in addition to the method seen in point 4 of the FAQ

For all versions
During the conversation and/or the alarm call with the device, you can type the code #4231 on your phone's keypad, after which the call will automatically end. If by chance the call does not end, because the code has not been received correctly by the device, you must repeat the code #4231 on your phone's keypad. If this code is not typed, the device will behave normally based on the configurations performed. The code #4231, only for the Neosguard X PRO and ADVANCED versions, can also be changed by the user and customized when configuring the device.

Only for the Neosguard X PRO and ADVANCED versions is it also possible to stop cyclic calls, and the subsequent numbers set are not called, when you answer the emergency call and the conversation lasts longer than that set in the configuration (minimum default conversation time is 30 seconds). The device will stop the cyclic calls, having considered the conversation as valid. Otherwise the device will not consider it valid, and will continue to call the numbers set during configuration.

If the device, after having stopped the alarm, is still in the alarm mode that generated it, it will behave as if it were a new alarm and will restart the alarm in the set alarm mode. It is possible to delay the activation of the new alarm through the configuration in the <> menu. By activating this function, the new alarm will not be regenerated, in the set modes, until the time set for the new enabling has elapsed, by default it has been set to 300 seconds. Naturally, if a new alarm function were to be generated in the meantime, it will be regularly executed.

Yes, I can do it with a simple sms. With this sms command you can request the status of the device. Request sms message:

psw:1234;inf?

and the device will respond with a message with the requested data:

DEVICE STATUS! NAME:NEOSGUARD;DATE AND TIME:07.10.2019 – 09:15:36; BATT:XXX;GSMLVL:XXX:CHARGING: Ext Power; GPS:Active;Sat.Vis:x

In the message you will have the following information:

Name: indicates the name of the device which by default is NeosGuard

Date and time: indicates the date and time stored by the device inside it

GSMLvl: indicates the level of GSM telephone signal

Batt: Indicates the level of battery charge

Charging: if the device is charging, and therefore connected to the power supply you will have Ext Power, if instead it is not charging you will have written: NO

Imei: indicates the IMEI code of the device

GPS: Active or Deactivated

Sat.Vis.: indicates the number of visible satellites, if you have 0 as a value, it indicates that at the moment there is no satellite coverage, and therefore it could be
inside a building

Yes, the return of the device is accepted within 30 days from the order confirmation date. For information, you can contact us at info@neossistemi.it

Surely if this happens, you will notice that the gps led will flash red, and it means that the device is in alarm mode, and has activated the configured alarm sequence. The device when in alarm does not accept any command on the keyboard.

This event of the Gsm led flashing red occurs only when the device is turned on. When turned on, the Gsm led flashes red, then starts flashing green, and then turns off. When the Gsm led turns off, the device is ready for use.

If after several seconds from turning on the Gsm led continues to flash red, you must check some things, as the device has an anomalous behavior:

Is the sim present in the device? Check

Is the inserted sim of the required type? It must be a micro sim

Has the sima been correctly inserted as reported in the instructions and as also drawn on the case of the device next to where it should be inserted? Attention! When inserted, the sim should make a click and remain inserted, and the relative cut of the same should be visible on the outside

Have you removed the sim pin? Check by putting the sim inside a cell phone for the presence of a possible pin and remove it if necessary.

The Ble sensors, supplied and configured by Neos Sistemi, are used to locate people inside buildings, if they are large and/or located on multiple floors.
